Nagra BPS phono review at 6Moons.com...
6moons audio reviews: Nagra BPS
I have heard this phono at my dealer and it is really impressive. It is my top contender for now. The reviewer awarded it a Blue Moon Award. Here are some pics: I like the case it comes in too. |

We also had a very comprehensive review in issue 20...
http://www.tonepublications.com/MAGPDF/TA_020.pdf It is remarkably close to the VPS in overall tonal quality. |

Jeff...I just read your review of the Nagra BPS .
On a separate topic, I know you have 2 Lyra carts - Skala and Argo - which you seem to like, and it seems like the new Lyra Delos is generating a lot of positive chatter on Agon and Vinyl Engine and other forums. Any prospect of you reviewing it any time soon. Apparently at its $1499 price point, it is a genuine value. Just curious. Thx |

Cyril....my McIntosh service guy also does the Nagra USA service here in Tn. Steve told me the Nagra is one of the best built and best sounding phono stages he's ever seen and heard. The quality of the equipment is first class.

I wonder how this small box would compare against the C1000 inboard phono stage....

Jerome...my McIntosh service guy, Steve George of Nagra USA never mentioned any comparisons. He just mentioned if I ever wanted to get a outboard phono stage he recommended the Nagra. The build quality and design is first class.
