Let me put it this way, all other headphone amps are for sale as we speak...

I'll probably leave the Audeze Deckard Class A amp that is my desk only for convenience of listening when I am at the computer and no other reason.

Wow!! Where do you get clothes that last 40+ years? Only my Johnson & Murphy shoes last that long.

WOW!!! I guess I will have to put it back on my list of headphone amps I still need to demo. As a bonus, it can also power speakers...lol. I just wish Kevin Deal wasn't the distributor. I'm happy that you have had good experiences with him but I have read so many awful things about him as well. Even if I bought from a different dealer, I would still need him for any potential warranty support. He has a rep for being a real P-word to people needing repairs done to their gear. That really worries me.

I'm going to have to give a pair of Johnson & Murphy shoes a try!

Warranty work?? Very doubtful you would ever need it.

It’s true! I realised the other day that I have a couple of sweatshirts that I bought in 1974 and a coat that must be from thereabouts too. Marks & Spencer’s finest.

Just looked at their website. Am guessing they are much changed from when I was buying their shoes, which cost as much in the '70s as they do today. To me that spells 'made in china' and not the USA. Even my recently purchased Samuel Hubbard walking shoes are made in Portugal (at least it isn't China/SE Asia).
