Default Luxman D-06u almost home!
Just picked up the new toy at my dealer. Still have to take the wife to dinner before I can hook the unit up. Doubt if I can convince her to go for McDonalds drive thru!

I never heard the D-06u but the D-08u blew me away at AXPONA! Congrats on your purchase and please let us know your impressions as it integrates into your system. Luxman gear is awesome with superb build quality and pride of ownership!

Too funny! We ended up at a Thai restaurant and we got home in time to connect the unit to my current system. I also ran the Bluesound unit through its DAC. Huge improvement. The Luxman 590ax will arrive on Tuesday. For now I have my PrimaLuna Integrated running the show. So far, I am very impressed with the D-06u.

Well, I just connected the L-590ax and I am blown away. Hearing details on very familiar tracks I never heard before. My Bengal Cat who always hangs out with me in the man cave is reacting to a different sounstage! It's a riot watching him.

Glad to be back with Luxman gear after a 40 year hiatus.
