hello Albert,
I have an ma252, new to mc products, its powering a pair of kef LS50's. Sounds great. I also have a pair of maggie 1.7's that for years i powered with a 50W ARC tube amp which I recently replaced with a pair of ps audio M700s (slightly less than the ma252 $'s)....it was an unbelievable step up in the listening experience. I have not tried to power the maggies with the 252, but I can only say the best I ever heard the speakers sound has been with the M700's!!!! In every way, bass, depth, separation, dynamics they sound better; the improvement was NOT subtle.

I had actually just pulled the trigger on the Plinius and with an hour, I get the call that a used MA252 came available.

Both arrived today within 30 minutes of each other!

The best part about Saturdays??? I can listen to my 252. I freak’in LOVE this thing. Hands down, the funnest, best bang for the buck Mc component I have ever owned.
