I bet historical gold nuggets would probably be easier to profit off of than a high end USB DAC. Seems like an odd choice of merchandise to steal with all that's out there.

Similar thing happened in my town many years ago. The thieves pulled the bars of the store window using chains and a truck. Made off with $100,000 worth of stuff. Sadly, the store stopped selling ultra high end audio and just sticks to mid level stuff ever since.

Wow, I was just reading the article about the heist at the Audeze factory. $250,000 is a lot of headphones!
