How is that 861 working for you? Has your centre speaker arrived yet? What is surround sound like with the system? WHat surround processor did you use before and how does the 861 compare?

No, my speaker has not arrived yet but it is on its way

It's weird. The 861 makes the 808i.2 sound better but I am still unsure why since they basically use the same dac.

I used a Pioneer AV amp before but I didn't really ever have surround sound so this is all new to me. Once my centre speaker arrives I can try Meridian Trifield and surround sound as well as Meridian Room Correction.
