The Ultra 6 is a single puck of stainless, unlike the Ultra 5 which has 2 pucks connected together. If you look at the LPI, it has 5 exposed pads which reside on top of 5 technology pockets. The Ultra 6 has those same 5 pads on one side, but unlike the other side of the LPI, the other side of the Ultra 6 has 1 technology pocket/pad. The pad is the same pad we use on the Ultra SS that has a 1/4-20 tap for attaching the Hard Hat. On the Ultra 6, the 1/4-20 tap is used to attach it to the grid piece on an ESS rack. Or, you can use it standalone with a Ultra Base. We are having photography done right and I will put up some pics if, uh hum..., someone else doesn't beat me to it.

Stillpoints Ultra 6 Details
Quote:
If you take the single puck of the LPI and keep the 5 technology pockets on one side and add a single pocket centered on the other side with a 1/4-20 tap in the pad, you have an Ultra 6. John
