Congratulations and with proper room adjustments and a solid burn-in period you will absolutely be satisfied! Yes they are transparent and natural and maybe you will discover that some songs are not so well produced/mixed anymore

Interesting. I came to the opposite conclusion when auditioning the Sopra 3 vs. the 802D3. It think electronics plays a big part. I used Audio Research electronics in my audition at the dealer because I have Audio Research at home.

Congrats on a great speaker. I have listened to the Sopra and 802D3 several times with different amplifier pairings in different rooms. I found the Sopra good but the 802D3 to me was more enjoyable in almost every way, especially with female vocals. I do think equipment pairing and room setup is critical which is why some may prefer one over the other.
