I still have the Cayenne GTS, BMW X5M, 550i and my son has the A4. My youngest is about 6 months away from driving.. I should have built a 6 car garage! I only have a 3 car garage in the new home.
Something has got to go otherwise it will start to look like a parking lot in front of my house. It already does in my current home with the 2 car garage.

Just came back from a nice drive in the Spyder. I am not a big convertible fan, or at least haven't been in the past. It was nice though to have the fresh air breeze blowing through the hair, (what's left of it), the panoramic view of the sky, the lights of the shopping centers and the aroma of the different restaurants flooding the interior of the Spyder. The brisk acceleration was accompanied by a pretty melodious exhaust note with the sport exhaust button engaged. The sport button tightens the car up even further. Very sweet handling. I can honestly say that I am truly falling in love with this car.

My Porsches never saw the rain so they were always clean.

I have read that this is the best handling production Porsche ever built. Nice power to weight ratio too.

Nice Serge.

I have only owned one Porsche, a 928GT 5 speed. It was a good, fun car.

The spyder looks fantastic and your notes about being able to enjoy it are well received. I have a bad habit of collecting cars that can really only be enjoyed on tracks or the Autobahn. What is the old saying? It is more fun to drive a slow car fast than a fast car slow. :confused-25: I am not saying a spyder is slow

Nice car! Congratulations!

More pictures please

I'll have my work cut out for me maintaining the black color and the fact that there is no car wash allowed with this one.
Serge,
I feel your pain - I have a triple Black Corvette (C5) Convertible that a bitch to keep clean, but as the pics of your Spyder show, It is the color when clean. Congrats on your new toy, it is a Great looking Automobile!
Regards,
Jim

I don't know if you remember this book. As the Design Team had an ongoing debate on which colors would be used on the new Vettes, the statement was supposedly made "All Corvettes are Red, the rest are just mistakes". Hence the title.
