The music coming out from Tannoy hits me hard but no pain.I listen with my heart not with my ears...period. Also leaves me smile on my face.

I know it's little too early to say...But what I loved about the Tannoy driver was the unforced natural bottom end - the big cones of the 15 inch driver made it the most natural and unforced bass I had ever heard - no technical gimmicks or crossover tricks - just natural acoustic principles.

Also It produced DEEP bass it goes pretty low but really DEEP. You will feel it with your heart.

And Congrats on the new Westminster (Royal?) ~ either, you'll love them I'm sure.

*If low bass gets a little overbearing (depending on room/size) ~ at time when I had Westminster and Royal, my old listening space was around 5m W x 10m L x 3m H (a little tight widthwise). Quick/effective remedy ime were to lift them off floors. I had good result using ShunMook wooden elephant footers in the past (you could use something similar). Bass delved deeper, tighter, with better definition, hence lending a cleaner window ie.more lifelike overall presentations--esp.in midrange and up. Enjoy that new toy and keep us posted!
