Couple of things, being a Ford die hard and owning several Mustangs.
1) $63K is too much. Especially since Shelby announced he is no longer going to produce complete cars, just parts. You can build this car with the same parts and save $20K. Maybe more. 2) For those who think a live axle is worthless; I am not saying it as good as an IRS but you can make them work well on a road coarse if you use a Watt's link. I am installing one now on my 08' GT500. Griggs Racing in Snonoma gets their current mustangs pulling 1.2 Gs with a live axle. That isn't anything to be ashamed of compared to the European cars costing 2-3 times as much. Lastly, Didn't Bittle loose JBA in bankruptcy several years back? .
