Hi Jerome,

In Switzerland, we have an army of militia, ie that all men would usually be Swiss Army.
The Swiss soldiers have their weapons at home and there are no problems

Even when living in the U.S. many Swiss citizens are required to qualify with their rifles. Shot a Schuetzen match this past weekend and next weekend the range (Thurmont, MD) is reserved for about 100 Swiss citizens who will shoot their annual quals. They bring their own electronic target scoring systems that read out their score on the firing line. Very cool.
