Subs & Time Alignment
Subs behind the speakers or behind the listening position worked best in my room.
I have spoken to several well respected speaker desingers and was surprised to find out their tweeters were wired 180* out of phase from the other drivers ? With baffel slope and all the magic (phase shifting) that occurs in the crossover things eventually arrive at our ears on time and in phase. Sounds like FM to me !

I have my pair of subs on plane with my Maggies, and think they are totally integrated with the MGIIIa's FWIW

I find subs usually sound best to the side of the speaker firing out or in front crossfiring from the side. Always away from the corner
