....in addition, how the batteries were produced, their usable lifespan, and how they are disposed of/recycled.

I don't care if it is electric, propane, H2O, Hydrogen or even solid rocket fuel powered. The idea that an autonomous car in some "near" future will get me on the Turnpike and deliver me to where I need to go as I am free from the driving task is very alluring. In the mean time, there is Uber when I don't feel like driving.

My idea of a fun drive is the backroads and some twisties, not the bumper to bumper traffic of the turnpike and all the morons behind the wheel cutting in and out and trying to text at the same time.
