Default C1100 tube warm up anomaly

From this morning I am the owner of a new C1100 preamplifier. I am very satisfied but I noticed an anomaly in the phase of switching on from standby: When I turn it on, after the 15 seconds of the warmup, the writing tube warmup remains on the display and the volume indicator does not appear. The volume appears if I use the remote control or the knob on the preamplifier. Could one of the C1100 owners ever have an equal problem?
Thank you.

Mine used to do that. I determined that it only did it if I left it on and it shut itself off after an hour or whatever the auto shutoff time is. Since I started making sure I turn it off when I am done, it has never done that again.

Default C1100 tube warm up anomaly

Hmmm. I will have to check.

Update!

I had shut my C1100 off earlier today after turning the volume down to 0. Just now, after I turned it on, the display kept the warmup message even after the lights changed and until I raised the volume up.

checked mine.

1. Unit on, volume at 25, press red standby/on button.
2. press red standby/on button, after normal warmup volume goes to 25

1. unit on volume at 0, press red standby/on button
2. press red standby/on button, after normal warmup volume volume goes to 0

I have ver v2.01, received new about a month ago.

I have the same firmware version (V 2.01). Mr Jordan Smith (McIntosh Tech Support) tell me will be a future update to fix this issue. The problem happens only if the volume % is 0.
