Gibson Guitars buying TEAC
Gibson to Pay $52 Million for Teac Stake to Tap Into Cool Japan - Bloomberg
Gibson has announced it is buying a majority of TEAC, it is the largest purchase of a Japanese company by an American one. Scary to know what Gibson has in store for TEAC. Things were going pretty bad for TEAC, sales down by 28%. |
