Default BHK Pre vs Simaudio Pre

Anyone ever compare the two in their system?

I have owned both the Moon 350P and P 5.3 SE, and currently run the BHK pre in my setup. BHK is next level compared to those two models, in terms of clarity, warmth in the midrange and soundstage. Have you heard it yet?

Thanks for sharing your experience.

I haven't heard either, but I am familiar with Simaudio having owned a few of their products over the past few years. I was ready to purchase a used 740p, but the seller changed his mind last minute. So now I'm back to the drawing board considering a BHK.

Highly recommended. Great way to hear it is to purchase new from PS Audio. They have a very nice 30 day return policy, and would probably even give you more time than that to audition at home in your system.

This might not be a fair comparison as the 350P is from the lesser series Neo. What you need to look at for comparison is their Evolution series, 600, 700 & 800 for example.
