IE is broken. It's just a png image. PNG is an internet standard, and has been for a while. It's all over the place, and is becoming more prevalent all the time. It's the native image format for OS X (like when taking a screen shot). You can hate or like Mac, but OS X is not doing it wrong. When I export RAW camera images from Aperture, I use png by default. This is just another example of Microsoft handling standards in their own, arrogant, broken way. Trust me, the ability to view png does not equate to having browser security turned too far down. I think Microsoft has gotten overly paranoid because they've introduced far more security problems than they have solved. But IE does equate to broken. Always has for one reason or another.

Pic opens fine with FireFox and I am behind a firewall and a couple of anti-virus programs.
I think the grey baffle looks awesome. |

Here ya go: Apple - Safari - Browse the web in smarter, more powerful ways.
Runs on Windows too! Really, I am doing nothing that is browser or OS specific. It's just an image in a an accepted standard internet format, hosted on MobileMe. And I can see it in Chrome. To take OS X and Safari out of the equation, I brought up Windows XP Pro in a VM, and viewed the page with IE 7 and Firefox. They both render fine.

That is more likely. Or your ISP is having DNS issues. Try changing your DNS host. Use google: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
That's what I use. I got tired of all of ATT's constant DNS problems. Google DNS has been rock solid for me. I configure it at my router and forget about it.
