Jérôme.......This photo made me smile. Your daughter looks completely relaxed with the HD800's on her head. You may want to instruct her there is a left and right side to the headphone. She is wearing them reversed.

Dan, they offer it as a bonus after one registers the 'phones. One problem: You have to agree to let them use your information any way that they please! So, I emailed and complained about it--I told them that for $1500, we shouldn't have to sign away our rights, and the tech who responded agreed. Lo and behold, he got it for me without compromising my privacy. I'm not sure they'll do it for everyone, though. (By the way, the graphs come from the German office, not the one in the US.) Here's the link in case you don't care about your privacy!
