Now the question is: Are the current Sashas' (Series I) upgradable to the Sasha II, given Peters comment that the new speaker doesn't replace the Sasha.

I can see the soft dome tweeter of the Alexia and XLF....interesting to say the least.
I loved seeing this 275 in the video.

Sent from my iPad using A.Aficionado

Is there any more information about the new speaker, or is it just the youtube video for now?

Of course it replaces it. It is series 2. Just like Sophia 1, 2, and now 3. It's a different speaker than Sasha 1 structurally and I don't see how it would be upgradable -- different baffle/angles.

How do you know that? My dealer can't even get an answer on that.

For the record, I think you are right, since the tweeter/mid module is different. But maybe you can trade it in for the other and pay some fee for that.

No. Cannot upgrade 1 to 2. I am not sure what Peter was referring to.

Some dealers do trade in, though.

Thanks for chiming in so quickly and ending all the speculation, Debby. I'm sure the new Sasha sounds amazing. It can't be easy to improve on an icon like the W/P line.
