Mike.......Through my life I have experienced many hurricanes here in Florida, some not too tragic, and others devastating. It is heartbreaking to watch the video and know the human suffering that is taking place. I have seen how communities come together and rebuild from the destruction, so I am positive Long Island will regain its splendor. Hang in there.

One of my friends whose house was under four feet of water told me his neighbor's house had FOUR boats on his property. NONE was his!
In another case, a guy has a cabin cruiser in his living room. The boat owner wants it back but the home owner won't give it to him until the boat owner pays for damage done to the house.
