Yep, unreal, I saw this awhile ago.....meteorology is another one of my interests.....I was actually on the phone with a friend of mine who was in Norman near the Storm Prediction Center during the May 1999 F-5 tornado, he was an intern with Gary England at the time and his friends were out chasing while he was at work.....got some incredible footage. Anyway, there are risks living just about anywhere, but after following severe weather for years, I'd have to seriously consider moving if I lived near Moore.....you guys seem to be ground zero in every central Oklahoma outbreak. Be safe out there this spring.

Yeah, I have lived in OK forever and you pretty much just learn when it's time to head underground. Now the people who live here without a shelter are definitely crazy lol

I'm gonna get out there to do a chase one of these days....I've wanted to for years but never had a good opportunity. I had planned on heading out right between Birmingham and Tuscaloosa during the big April 2011 outbreak and would've been in the jackpot zone but ended up having to work that day...that was probably for the best as it turned out!

Harri - well......Moore narrowly dodged another bullet this afternoon it looks like....Bridge Creek wasn't so lucky. I don't know how people do it up there year after year.

Yeah there is another one in bridge creek now. I am at the station today and of course the city is imploding lol. Flooding is the biggest thing right now. A main rd in Moore that goes under the rail, yap that's a car.
