I was trying to capture the pictures along the way, as sort of a Sasha II photo essay.

I spent 90 minutes removing the protective film. Not very fun. Tedious. But they look beautiful now,...and the sound, wow.

I'm getting the exact same color scheme. Silver hardware and black grilles. Looks great, congrats. I'm a little surprised your dealer didn't set them up and polish them etc. mine did with my current Sasha's.

Let us know how everything settles in after positioning and break in.

I'm listening to my Sasha ones and I just can't help thinking...how can it get better?! One can hope.

It can get better. I listened to the Sasha for years at my dealer. I love the smoothness of the new tweeter. I have some recordings which sound more pleasing with the new tweeter...some archival recordings, grainy and harsh treble....they sound really good on the new Sasha's. And well engineered recordings are quite astonishing.

This really does sound quite similar to the Alexia, they seem cut from the same cloth.
