On Saturday evening we saw Jackson Browne at the Chateau Ste Michelle Winery in Woodinville, WA. The weather was perfect, and Browne was wonderful, enjoying himself and interacting with the crowd, playing for a little over 2-1/2 hours.

Wow. I would love to see him. If you don’t have it already, check out his acoustic double cd set from 2006 or so. Very well recorded and great sq, even though it’s not an sacd. I don’t think it was released on vinyl.

JB is one of my favorite songwriters ever.

One of mine too. I think you’re referring to Solo Acoustic Vol. 1, from 2005. There’s also Solo Acoustic Vol. 2 released in 2008, very good as well. I’d love to see him solo, but he was great with the band, all outstanding musicians.

‘Tis the season - there are some great shows in the Seattle area in the summer. Nothing now until September, when we’ll see Los Lobos and the Mavericks.

I HAVE seen los lobos multiple times. Hopefully, they’ll put on a good show.

We saw them a couple of times at a dinner club in Seattle called the Triple Door, and they were awesome. The last time though, I forgot my ear plugs and they were so loud my head was buzzing for the next 24 hours. I’m looking forward to this show, it’s the winery venue, outdoors, and the smoke will be in the air

Default What Live Music Are You Listening To Tonight

I just came back from watching Ozzy Osbourne at Jones Beach, it was one of the best live concerts I’ve ever been to, the sound and performance were amazing.
