Terry.......The trade-in option is available on the PS Audio website. Here is an example on the P12. Just click the green Trade In And Save button.

Thanks, Dan, but that's not the same promo. The Music Direct promo is:
Trade a P5 and receive $2000 of a P12. Trade a P10 and receive $3000 on a P15; trade a P5 and receive $2500 on a P15. Trade a P10 and receive $4000 off a P20; trade a P5 and receive $3000 off a P20.

Is the P12 somewhere between the old P5 and P10? Does it have passive cooling or a fan?

P12 has two 4.5" fans on the bottom of the heatsinks.

Anyone out there upgraded from a P10 to a P15? If so, what are your impressions? Also, have you had software problems requiring a firmware update, if so, what firmware version works well for you?

One of my buddies and I did an "upgrade", trading in our old PS Audio Power Plants, he upgraded his P5 to a P12, I upgraded my P10 to a P15. My P15 arrived yesterday, got my system hooked up last night and spent about two hours auditioning the new unit.

I immediately noticed better defined bass, and as I continued to audition, heard details in some of my favorite music I’d never noticed before. It seemed that my DirectStream DAC was able to extract more detail from the source, connected to the P15.

Hi,
Has anyone compared the P15 versus the PurePower 2000 or their new lines of PurePower+ 2000 or 3000? Would appreciate your thoughts on P15 and PurePower products, pros/cons. Thanks.
