Thanks for the welcome. Why do I feel naked without WW Silver Eclipse in here?

I don't have it, either, so keep your distance.

I find it valuable nonetheless in reading users' impressions and assessments of it. So that's my excuse.

John.......Thank you. I am still very impressed with the Wireworld Silver Eclipse speaker cables. The SF Anniversario's seem to love them. Me, too.

For those wary of silver, there is the Analysis Plus Big Silver Oval speaker cable, which is said to not sound like your typical silver. It does have a strand of OFC copper inside, though. I wonder how that would fare vs. the WW Silver Eclipse. It's another of my "curiosity" thoughts. A limited budget would keep me from buying either, but curiosity remains.

Well don't foregt, the Silver Eclipse is more of a copper cable then it is a silver cable as it is afterall silver clad copper unlike the gold and platinum cables which are truly silver. This design is different from Kimber who use perhaps a more true mixture of copper and silver in their Hero HB, Silver Streak, 1021, 1026, 1121, 1126, 3035 and 6065.

Either way, regardless of design the silver series from Wireworld gets very high marks indeed.

I have WireWorld Silver Eclipse 6 speaker cables and I am not getting any glare, just detail. The all copper predecessors were bright with less detail. Not sure that one can lay down a hard and fast rule based on design since each component affects the outcome and the implementation affects the outcome.
