They sometimes do in a day or so...........but you may have to call. Sadly, not all companies are staffed with email/website support questions.

Best of luck.

I know the regular Cremona uses scanspeak drivers which are pretty inexpensive and likely not too hard to source.

May not be that easy, as per the spec sheet - "MID-WOOFER: 150 mm cone driver with Symmetric Drive Motor System and selected black wood fiber cone, high resolution, treated for break-up control. Dynamic linear suspension. Sonus faber exclusive."

I could not find a Scanspek driver that exactly match my Sf one. Many looked like it but specs did not match

i've got the necessary response, and through some dealer the price per midwoofer is at $USD500 each easily.

They do not sell parts but need to replace the driver in a whole, so now I wonder if there's an easier way to replace just the rubber surround, anyone has any experience on replacing just the rubber surround, and what parts should i buy to get someone do it professionally?

I would never mess around and piecemeal a Sonus faber speaker.
Replace the entire driver and be done with it.

I agree that would be ideal, but looking into the cost of replacement I think I'd rather replace the surround (if i can find a surround that fits) professionally, it'll cost under $100. If it solved the issue i am a happy chap, but if its change the character of sound, I'll buy the pair of the mid woofer and replace it, and at least I still have a pair of mid woofer that works after the surround repaired.

I view through the speaker, the size and the surround rubber seems to be a fit into Scanspeak Revelator 15W, and the issue still around I can't find the surround rubber for 15W, most are meant for the 18W series.

Thanks Ron
