I have and I disagree. RoomPerfect is somewhat better and magnitude of the difference is highly dependent on the specific room and the skill of the user. It may be easier with RP.

I think I agree with both of you. The differences are subtle. I used to have Anthem RC and it did a good job. However, it changed the sound of my speakers (which I have loved since my initial auditions and getting them in the home). RoomPerfect is the first correction software that seemed to correct for room imperfections WITHOUT changing the sound of my speakers.

If one is sinsitive to this, it can seem like a very big deal.

Default Mx 121

I just got an MX121 and after made all adjustments with the Audissey I don't like what I'm hearing, my old Integra DHC 80.3 sounds more full in all frequencies,
the mids and lows sounds amazing, with the MX121 my full range speakers sounds like monitors, no low frequencies
I had tried to use the Eq to compensate but doesn't help.
Even with the analog 5.1(SACD,DVD Audio) inputs the Integra sounds better.
MX121 sounds to bright.

Have you tried lowering the crossovers following the auto calibration?

Yes I tried that too. I turned off the Audissey, made my adjustments by ear and everything sounds better.
I really don't like the Audissey
