Agree totally. My upgrade itch has almost totally stopped since getting the c2400&A60 12 years ago, and they've been totally trouble free, too.

Will take a look at the review later, but I am happy to see the Accuphase love. I like to see quality products get the credit there deserve [emoji41]

Stereo...
I read a lot of magazines from different countries.
But soon, I will stop reading, in particular the German magazines (but this is also valid for the French or UK magazines).
In Stereo, Accuphase always gets highest notes. Not surprising, they pay lots of pages of adverts... The (now former) chief editor is most probably a very good friend of the distributor...
What could be considered as ridiculous, is the fact that the entry level pre-amplifier c-2120 got 100%... So, why should I buy a 2420 or 2450, and surely not a 2850 or 3850, if the c-2120 has already 100%? Or will all machines get soon 110%, like Italian university students?
What is really annoying is that all the wording is smooth, everything is wonderful, not a single criticism, or comparison with other brands.
It makes no sense to read this/these magazine/s any longer... and more and more readers say this (of course not in the printed version of Stereo, but on different forums - fori).

jesuisunutopiste.......If you read the magazines and consider them entertainment rather than critical analysis, you will be less inclined to get your feathers fluffed. .
