Yep, I've spent a lot of time at Tower Records back in the day! Was sad to see it go.

I'm watching this, about thirty minutes in and I've been close to tears many times already. Haven't watched a documentary that hit this close to home in a long time. The Bascom Avenue store in Campbell, Ca got most of my paycheck every Tuesday and I sometimes wrote checks against my upcoming Thursday paycheck. Back to the show...

'cisco.......Thanks for the memories. I spent a lot of time and money at Tower Records in San Francisco back in the late 60's and early 70's. The store was open seven days a week from 9 AM until midnight. I loved going down to Tower Records late at night. I remember the average record price was $2.99. I miss those days.
