The problem is that the guy is smart enough to do this only once in a while so he has probably many "happy" customers...

I actually bought some wireworld cables from him without a problem (off ebay). I looked into buying something more expensive but backed off when I eventually did a little research on him. I found that overseas buyers got screwed the majority of time, while if you were living in the US your chances were pretty good. That being said, no way was I going to send him any more of my business. He's scum.

The tactics is roamed well, he operates normally certain number of transactions and regularly according to the context -foreign customer for example- he is going to activate his swindle which is going to be diluted in the large number of the normal deals

Firstly they ship me the older version of Cremona center speakers. After calling them they issued a return label and I shipped the speakers back to them. It has been a month since the speakers reached them and they still haven't shipped the Cremona M to me. When I call them they say some other customer has taken it and not returned it and they will ship it when they get it back fro the customer which seems like lie. Unfortunately I paid through paypal gist option and I cannot make a claim. Is there any other way I can get my money back.
Who did you contact there? I have bought lots of things from digitalear and they have always come through without a hitch. If you want, give me some details and I can make enquiries for you.

Actually, it would be the The Daily News, The NY Post, and the NY Times. The Wall Street Journal is a business publication with smaller, specialized circulation. Also, the local TV stations do consumer fraud segments. CBS, NBC, ABC, Fox News are the key TV stations.
