TOGA.....Actually, I think the preamp should have a large volume control ring coupled with a prominent volume level readout in the middle which, I feel, would be really cool looking, as well as also providing a clear visual differentiation from the meter rings of the monoblock or stereo amps......Philip

Who would have thought I would actually own 3 of these beauties some 10 months later....

I agree with you. When they were first announced and I only saw photos and gulped at the pricing I had no idea I would be interested in owning a pair. I also had mixed emotions after hearing them in a couple of demos. If I did not have a local dealer willing to let me take them home and hear them with my gear and then work with me while I sold me 1.2k's, I would not own my pair today.
