Default XA100.5 or XA60.8?

Pass owners,
Can you share your experience about the XA100.5 and XA60.8? I would like to know which would be the good choice to power my Revel Studio 2.
Do Pass amps work well with Conrad Johnson ET5 Pre?
Thanks,
Jim

Hello Jim,

ihad the Xa100.5 (with B&W802diamond - than with the Sasha2) -> Now the Xa100.8 with the Sasha2.
Revel Studio2 is not in my "hifi-experience" : Pass .5 soudn different vs the .8 anyway the 2 Pas are enough for hte Revel. (well I dont know how muchm2 is you room ecc...) but Class A from Pass is at 90% not a problem to drive "hard speakers"....

for my you muss go with a Xa100 -> .5 or .8 but not with the Xa.

You have pre "tube" and the 100.8 for my taste is the best choice.

greets

The guys at RenoHifi describe the 60.8 as an upgrade from the 100.5. Maybe check with Mark. He seems to have things figured out.
