Keep an eye on Audiogon. They do show up there from time-to-time. You can always check the serial number with Accuphase USA (or Ivan) to confirm it is a legit NA model. GLWSearch.

Not on your list, but Echo Audio in Portland, OR has an Accuphase T-109 listed on their site. I've purchased a few items from them online over the years and never had any issues.

There is a US version T-1000 on the bay if you're interested. It looks in very good shape,
albeit with a minor scratch.
