Strange NR1501 setup

I've installed a Marantz NR1501 in my motorhome.
The coach comes wired to feed 3 tv's from one source using a component video
switch box. I'm trying to simplify things and gain some room in my tiny audio cabinet so I would like to eliminate that box and a few wires.
Would I be able to use HDMI output for my main TV and use component video and stereo audio output for a second tv at the same time. I will be using HDMI from 2 sources (sat receiver and DVD) and analog audio from a Sonos box.
Will both outputs work at the same time?
