Look carefully on the usual websites and you can get a mint PG Classic Records for less than $100.Alternatively a Japanese pressing I also have is very dynamic and a little easier to find on the net.
I think the Analog Planet story will likely increase the price of the Classics-buy now!

Digital master done right can sound good on vinyl but it's always sad to not go back to the analog tapes when you can.

I don't know, I've been pretty vigilant on looking for the Classics and I've never seen anything close to that price for PG. I have seen a few Codas and Presence copies for around $100. I still am holding out hope that the vinyl reissues will sound great. I just received my copy of the Eagles box set vinyl albums and they're digital masters and sound awesome.

I may have been lucky, but it was only in November last year on ebay auction.
Someone was selling 1-4 plus HOTH and PG.For some reason PG didn't get much interest.Hope you get a nice one soon.

I'm surprised someone here hasn't already started a thread on this, maybe I missed it.

This is potentially really exciting to me, because I have never liked the way led zeppelin albums sound. They seem pretty thin and not very dynamic. However, haven't these already BEEN remastered by Jimmy Page before? Anyone know if there's anything fundamentally different this time?
Has anyone put their hands on the vinyl yet? Any good?

I ordered mine back in March, but the company I purchased them from claims to have just received them from the record label (usually I'll get new releases a day or so earlier).

I certainly understand the skepticism on the quality, but for $23 bucks I couldn't help but pull the trigger...
