Saw Alisa Weilerstein with Jacksonville Symphony last year. Very emotional performer!

Superstar artists performing the finest music is a Carnegie Hall tradition. Hear a rebellious rising star maestro lead stirring works by Mahler and Tchaikovsky, a revered early-music master explore musical traditions from the Ottoman Empire, and a stellar piano trio showcase beautiful music written in response to suspicion and prejudice.

Ed, you are spoilt!
That is a fantastic programme.

Our concert yesterday in Brugge(or Bruges if you want) was fantastic.
Le Poème Harmonique is one of the ensembles that I really cherish.

Vincent Dumestre is a very attentive director, and lutist.
You can clearly see he's a music lover.
He breathes ancient music.

With the entire season cancelled, my anticipated indulgence will go unquenched this season.

This would have been the first year I had subscriptions to both Carnegie Hall and the New York Philharmonic at Lincoln Center.

Neither appear to want to refund the money.... both preferring I put it toward next season or just donate it!

I may have to argue a bit, it would help pay for new audio.

We also lost a lot of concerts.
We put part of the money toward next season, and donated the other part.
Refund wasn't possible either.
