Default What are you spinning?

Right now:

I've read Thom Yorke is not a huge fan of the CD and puts a great deal of effort into the pressings. It sounds so.

Let people in a great pressings. I say this is a good one.

Default I'll try to get this to stick.

Picked this up at The WFMU record fair last year. Sure beats ebay prices. If you are around when it goes down, It is fun. Beers and Pizza. No beer near the records though. 3 days, live bands and music freaks abound.

Right now I am listening to Sea Level's first album "Sea Level". They were a quartet made up of some Allman Bros. alums, like Chuck Leavell and Jai Johnny Johnson. 1977 on Capricorn Records. This is my original copy from my college days, and I am amazed at how good it still sounds, especially since I used to play it on my college radio show under one of those .44 cal industrial needles.

Default Roxy Music - For Your Pleasure

Some of these "From the Capitol Vaults" are great. Includes the poster too.

It sounds fantastic, If you like Roxy and have a table don't hesitate. I've played it 4 times in a row since picking it up yesterday.
