I don't think that Bryston is involved in that arrangement. The JBL looks a lot like the Trinnov Altitude. So it is more likely that Trinnov is the OEM and is making the unit for JBL branding.

Yes we make the SP3 for Harmon but Trinnov does the 16 channel unit.

I read somewhere that it is $14k, but not sure if that is confirmed.

So... the SP4 will have a cheaper MSRP price than the unit it is based on (the AudioStorm unit).

No the Storm 16 channel unit is $14,000 as well.

Hi Folks,

It has come up that some feel I am going against my own feelings about the problems with fullrange frequency room EQ so why offer it on the SP-4?

Well I have also been accused of being too myopic in my approach to this and that most people see value in EQ - so I capitulated to the pressure and the SP-4 will offer EQ (not that I personally will use it)

Plus, all calibration software is basically a full range room EQ (Dirac)... right?
