 That's a nice system.How does the Stax compares to the Denon? I have been interested in that Stax headphones. It's the closed version right?

The Stax are better, but the Denons are very musical, while colored. I am getting the best sound from the HD 800's with the Stefan Audio Art cable and the B-52.

I sold my HD800 cause it doesn't fit my head. I really love my Denon D7000. Would you say the Stax is worth the money? How would you describe the sound? Thanks for your help on this.

You really need the Stax amp or better, so you may want to audition the Ultrasone Edition 10 when it is released first, or find a pair of Stax terminated Sennheiser HE 60's.
