Thanks for your thoughts Car commander, I meant to type reasonable in their expectations. I think it is good to have someone watching closely over transactions of this type. Audiogon has many, many honest members but it is easy to spot outlandish con artists in the crowd. Problems occur when clueless honest people meet up with the cons. Next thing you know there is a lot of bad feelings an distrust throughout the site.

I will have to give audioaficianado a try next time I buy something new.

A new Momentum review in highfidelity.pl by Wojtek Pacuła.

It will probably end up being tramnslated, but for now you need to use google translate:

High Fidelity

To say that he liked the Momentum, would be an understatement.

Adam,

Thanks for posting. I noticed a different layout in the back of the stereo amp in the photos for the hifedelity.pl article vs the photos in the official site. The orientation of the mains plug has been flipped 90 degrees and also the speaker terminals seems to accommodate banana plugs. Changes to address some of the criticism?

That is correct. It is different to my Stereo amp.

The screw on speaker terminals is easy enough to change. They could be changed by anyone. No big deal for me as all my speaker cables are spades. I know banana is popular in Europe and will help with the tight fit in some installations.

Can't say I noticed any issues with the power cable mains plug in the normal position, but it does give a bit more room I guess.

The longer you live with the Dag's, the more you appreciate the overall naturalness and purity of the sound with no particular frequency standing out - music is " just there "

I haven't noticed that myself, but it seems that the new production run has those lil changes.

The current version of layout is that of the D'Agostino website or that of the review of HighFidelity.pl?

Thanks in advance.
