One thing that I'v been trying to figure out is howe to connect my reconditioned Krell FPB350MC to my Nordost QKORE6 system. The hard thing was to find were to connect the earth cables. The FPB 350MC had no connections that suited the Nordost earth cables. Nordost has been making CAST cables to Krell before so I asked Nordost if they had an idea of how to solve my problem.
Without any hesitations Nordost produced two cables for me. I'm very grateful.

Im curious how it will affect the sound.
I'll be back!

How cool is that! Excited to see what you hear. Also is there a QKore cable to the preamp?

Yes! QKore cables are also to the preamp as to every part of my system. The preramp is very important as it is in the middle of the system. The preamps powercord has it's own socket in QB8. The idea is to lead the signal ground out from all around the systems different parts and to move in the best possible direction. This is how I'm trying to understand it from my amateur viewpont.
Everything is connected, RIAA, CD-drive, DAC, Reel to Reel, Headphone amp, Nordost QB8, preamp, 2xmono poweramp, Nordost Thor.

Thera are a lot's of positiv reviews on this and here you can read from Nordost website . https://www.nordost.com/qrt-audio-enhancers.php

I think Nordost QRT system works very well in my system. The best powerconditioning I'v heard at my place. I'v had and tested IsoTek Titan (very good), PAD AC Extension LE (very good), some Monster product, Isol8, Transparent, Entreq and some more. For me, Nordost has the most complete system and it works extremely good.

Yes, I share your view point, I run a full QRT system along with upper tier Valhalla 2 and Odin cables

Enjoy!

What about how QKore effects Krell FPB 350MC?
This is it!

It's really a great music intensifyer. The music gets more real.
The bas gets deep, big, powerful, hard s a rock there it should be and with great amounts of texture.
Enhanced resolution and clearity and air in all frequencies. Transients gets clear and fast. It's like all instruments gets more characterization of their own. You could more easy tell the little specific differences between them.

I can't tell you why, but there was a much bigger positive difference with Nordost QKore ground connected to the these monoblocks than to my digital source. Also bigger difference then QPoint conected.

I'm a bit overwhelmed actually. I thought I was to try back and forth and sharpen my ears to tell the difference, byt after the first tone and even before I sat down in sweet spot, it was clear to me. This raised my system one level and it has never performed better.

I could really recommend to try this product if you dare...

Congrats! It's great that Nordost was able to custom terminate their QKore grounding cable with LEMO connectors for use with your amps.

.
Yes it is. I'm very happy about it.
Thank you Nordost.

Speaking about connectors... I like LEMO connectors a lot. They are very stable.

Would it be possible for you explain a grounding cable? I see it is plugged into the Cast input. Am I correct?
