Agree. Just cleaned up the silver banana’s of my WW Gold Speaker cables with Deoxit and hit the Gold plugs on my Strads with Deoxit Gold. Then, on a roll, I cleaned every interconnect with Deoxit.
Felt like a positive effort for my system.

Thanks Dan, very helpful. I’ve always used the Gold for gold terminations, but not used the regular D5. I just ordered from Amazon to do some work on an old tuner.

Tony.......There is lots of useful information in the video that I found interesting. I learned about cleaning the areas between air-gap capacitors on an analog tuner. I never gave those spaces any thought about dust or other contamination. I also learned about lubricating certain mechanical moving parts. Not only is the video informative about the Deoxit products, it is also quite informative about other parts that may need attention.

Thanks for posting Dan, the video was interesting. I have always been confused on the Deoxit variants. I love ProGold wipes for a contact enhancer. My favorite cleaner has always been Kontak.

Kontak is IMHO the best cleaning agent period. However following the cleaning protocol Kontak recommends is essential but worth the efforts.
