Default Standard issue of TONEAudio #36 ready for download

The standard version of TONEAudio's Issue #36 is now ready for download...

http://www.tonepublications.com/MAGPDF/TA_036.pdf

This issue is all analog. The one preamplifier we've reviewed, the CJ ET3SE has phono installed and the Luxman integrated also has a phono stage.

And, we've included even more vinyl reviews than usual.

Yes, that's in process and should either be on the web in a couple of weeks, or in the next issue, we haven't decided yet.

Thanks for yet another fun issue of Tone Audio. It's always fun to read.

A lot of these artists, however, I have never heard of. Would you be willing to add under the label name perhaps a genre? 80% of the time your reviewer(s) get into detail about it, but they are usually more verbose on history and playback...

Another great issue Jeff - thanks for continuing to post here. I particularly enjoyed reading the article about the Denon DP-62L - a great direct drive turntable in its day and it sounds like it still is! I inheritied mine from my dad who was the original owner and have really enjoyed having records back in my system again!

Yes, that Denon is a fantastic sounding table. It started out as mine and then Mr. O'Brien talked me out of it...

I would say for the 5-600 it will set you back for a mint version, it is well worth the money. I was using it with a Lyra Dorian with fantastic results.

A great place to start your vinyl journey!
