Default experience a different reality

To follow up on the Saint's note:

Below is abbreviated announcement from Lamm about their L2.1 Reference linestage, their new LL1.1 Signature linestage along with the setup for their rooms at CES this year. Lamm is consistently among the very best rooms at CES and this year their big room is an all Signature Lamm system. "... an incredible chance to experience a different reality which may otherwise be nearly out of our reach." And that's probably not hyberbole as the retail cost of the gear in that room is (per Lamm) a casual $733,880 !

 We will have two large suites at the upcoming CES in Las Vegas to showcase our products at the Venetian Tower – rooms 35-307 and 35-309. We look forward to seeing you there and demonstrating the potential of these two systems.

35-307: featuring an all Signature Lamm system with Kharma Exquisite Midi-Grand speakers, Kubala-Sosna cables, EMT 927 / SME 3012 / ZYX UNIverse Premium analog front-end and EmmLabs digital front-end

35-309: featuring Lamm M1.2 Reference/LL1.1 Signature/LP2.1 system with Kharma Exquisite Classique speakers, Zen Sati cables, Amazon Grand Referenz / Moersh DP8 / ZYX Omega Premium analog front-end and EmmLabs digital front end

 We are presenting the LL1.1 Signature line level preamplifier -- a modification of the LL1 Signature.
In a nutshell, the LL1.1 Signature includes the following upgrades and modifications as compared to the LL1 Signature:
• increased immunity to unwanted radio frequency interferences propagated via both radiation and conduction over signal lines & AC power systems
• increased amount of energy storage in the power supply
• certain modifications in protection and time delay circuitries
• improved signal/noise ratio
• replacement of a number of critical components with newly available types of better quality
• utilization of a technologically new type of pc-boards of superior quality, with gold-plated traces and thru-holes.
Considering that the LL1 Signature was practically a flawless design, it was difficult to make that next step to the near perfection. When all technical issues for proper reproduction of the entire frequency range have been solved, the potential improvements shift to a different sphere – the one where the measuring criteria of the sound quality is its degree of approximation to the sound of live concert and the depth of its effect on the listener.

The modifications catapulted the LL1.1 Signature precisely into that sphere -- with this preamplifier in the all-Signature Lamm system the discerning listener can’t help but get pulled right into the essence of music. The experience is almost shockingly involving and it is also an incredible chance to experience a different reality which may otherwise be nearly out of our reach.
The LL1.1 Signature retails for $45,390

 We’ve discontinued the long-running L2 Reference line level preamplifier and are replacing it with the L2.1 Reference (available some time in February-March 2016)

The new preamplifier introduces revolutionary improvements in certain aspects of sound quality such as improvement of dynamic characteristics, significant reduction of signal/noise ratio, as well as enhanced parameters of the power supply.
