I only use carry on luggage so locks aren't an issue.

TSA locks aren't that pricey unless you compare them to those ultra cheap luggage locks. I'd just get some TSA locks and be done with it. You can find some for as low as $10

and you'll get exactly ONE use out of it because it will be cut open because that's faster than using the key and the cutter is already in their hand.

Not really. I've had mine for, oh, years and years and they were never cut open. Then again they were never unlocked either.

Before all this security stuff people still used luggage locks of some king to stop theft. That's still the primary purpose of luggage locks. I wouldn't worry about them being cut open. Actually i wouldn't worry about any locks you get as long is it does what it is suppose to do: lock.

Hi everyone, thx for the feedback, very much appreciated. We do not plan to have anything of value on us or in our bags, not even our rings...(honeymoon and all), so lockless is what we have decided, thx again AA!

You may want to have one or two with you incase you want to bring a trinket or whatever back to the old' USA.

Wow, Ivan. Funny you mention these. I have a bunch for car stuff, thought of it but just as with locks, they will probably get cut off by the sounds of it. Great idea though..
