Krell 3250e and 2250e

Has anyone had the chance to demo these? They look very promising

I didn't get a chance to demo but came very close to buying it. At the last minute I went its bigger brother, the 403e. The performance of the 3250e is probably very close to the 403e but at less than half the price.

The 403e is a definite improvement over my old FPB 450 MCx monoblocks. It has a smoother top end and the vocal is a bit fuller. Overall, the sound is a bit more relaxed and less aggressive than the older Krell.

For music, I switch between the 403e and ARC Ref 250 amps depending on the type of music. The Ref 250 has sweeter vocal and better imaging but the Krell has better dynamics and low end.
