One reason some grills use a horizontal tank is to have a larger surface area for boiling off the liquid propane in cold weather which could be a cause of low heat production. I was just wondering if that could be playing a role in the problem, but it probably isn't since it is not that cold yet.

I had to replace the temp gauge on Sat due to rain water inside the gauge . So Kalamazoo sent me a new gauge. Last night the inside of the gauge had condensation to where I cannot read the temp and it has not even rained. Emailed Kalamazoo and told it is normal. WTF

You are not having any luck with this BBQ. Temp gauge should seal better than that.

Kalamazoo will take with the vendor about condensation problems If any changes they will let me know

To some degree . I like the idea of handmade items. But if there is a problem it's not so easy to return

Had a dinner party on Sat .i used the Rotisserie for 1 hr on roast. Then went to use the main burners and did not light. Tried to light the main burner over a dozen time. After 2 hrs it finally worked

You NEED a replacement. Too many things aren't working properly.
