They have some great value amplifiers. And by the way, all their products are manufactured in China (but designed here in USA; Franklin, Tennessee). _________________ * I just mentioned some facts here so people know. |

* My Rotel gear doesn't have any indication on the back; only that it complies with certain numbers and letters from certain coding regulation association, or some' like that... But then, it's from Europe. ** And don't be so silly; people are not trashing their Emotiva gear for that reason. Last edited by LordoftheRingsEE; 07-04-2012 at 08:46 PM. |

1. I never infered that you don't know the difference (UL vs CE). 2. Most people don't (care about neither 'regulation'). ...And that too I mentioned it earlier (yesterday). _________________________ * Now, what do you do when you buy a car, or a truck? ...And that, is your own prerogative. ...Who cares what others care about; at the end it's our life. I've had the gear apart (not for any particular reason other than that I'm a "techie" that takes everything apart) The Emotiva gear is built quite well, and I've never had any issues whatsoever. Speaking for myself... , I consider their gear to be very good quality and performance. It seems they have a large cost savings by cutting out he "middle-man". I don't consider the Emotiva gear to be as "sonically refined" as our favorite high-end manufacturers, many would even argue this point. From a bang-for-the-buck point of view, they are hard to beat. IMHO. |
