Allow me save them from you. Shipping cost prepaid to me from wherever you are in the world.

I can't afford shuttle fees from Mars to the Earth though.

My Emotiva gear has seen rigorous daily use for 5 years without incident.

I know that as I mentioned it earlier. ...CE is a different seal of approval (with different regulations); it is for the European market,
and it is obligatory. Google it.

Is Emotiva making "unsafe" devices or do they just not have the Seal?
2 different questions.
Not really, the main reason is to save money.

They have some great value amplifiers.
And by the way, all their products are manufactured in China (but designed here in USA; Franklin, Tennessee).

Any other seal that you can see on the back?

* My Rotel gear doesn't have any indication on the back; only that it complies with certain numbers and letters from certain coding regulation association, or some' like that...
But then, it's from Europe.

** And don't be so silly; people are not trashing their Emotiva gear for that reason.

----- Don,

1. I never infered that you don't know the difference (UL vs CE).

2. Most people don't (care about neither 'regulation'). ...And that too I mentioned it earlier (yesterday).

Between Oppo and Emotiva you can build a respectable Home Theater system on the skinny.
My brother uses one of their big stereo amps for his system, I use their DAC and smaller amp for my desktop PC Sound system.

I've had the gear apart (not for any particular reason other than that I'm a "techie" that takes everything apart)
The Emotiva gear is built quite well, and I've never had any issues whatsoever.

Speaking for myself... , I consider their gear to be very good quality and performance.

It seems they have a large cost savings by cutting out he "middle-man".

I don't consider the Emotiva gear to be as "sonically refined" as our favorite high-end manufacturers, many would even argue this point.

From a bang-for-the-buck point of view, they are hard to beat. IMHO.
