Not sure if you have heard of the LuFlu here but upgrade-itis has been know to run rampant as new products are announced. So products that retain some measure on the resale market are valued. When should we expect a full review of the MX-150? Jim |

[QUOTE=Kal Rubinson;106637]I hear that argument a lot but I don't really buy it. If MultEQ XT32 is good enough or better than RP (not saying it is) and the other issues point to the Denon, the appearance of a new model won't change that. In addition, the Denon is half the price of the McIntosh, so any depreciation loss is similarly limited.
Is this an investment or an audio device? Kal (currently enjoying the MX-150 )[/QUOTE I agree. Plus, once you purchase either product, time will not stand still and both will soon become "outdated". The fact that Denon was early to the DSP party and will constantly upgrade and McIntosh is late to the party and will likely stand still for an extended period may actually be a plus for Denon, IMO. But there are worse things in life than living with an "outdated" McIntosh component.
